Our Dallas, Texas consumer protection law firm represents people throughout Texas for car dealer fraud claims.  The primary types of cases we take are those in which an auto dealership knew or should have known about prior damage to a car or truck but failed to disclose it to our clients.  Many Texas car dealers buy cars at auction, knowing that the cars have been announced to the dealer as having frame or unibody damage.  Consumers usually find this out when they attempt to trade in the car or obtain a Carfax or Autocheck report.  Carfax and Autocheck reports are rarely complete, but they can provide some good information.  Check out this post about frame and unibody damage drafted by a guest blogger – http://deanmalone.com/car-fraud-blog/?p=1447
