Texas Department of Transportation (“TXDOT”) – Consumer Complaints Against Car Dealers

The Texas Department of Transportation (“TXDOT”) is charged by law with licensing and regulating most car dealer operations. It has been my experience that TXDOT does a great job. While some governmental agencies seem to do little for citizens, TXDOT investigates and, when it deems appropriate, prosecutes complaints filed by consumers against car dealers.
